Welcome to the iPad/iPhone Happe Client Installation site. The following steps will enable you to install and configure the necessary software on your iPad/iPhone to access the Happe-MDs service.
Please be sure to read all of these directions before you start installing the software.
- From your iPad/iPhone, open App Store and search for Citrix Workspace.
- Install the Citrix Workspace Application, from your iPad/iPhone. (Do not open the Citrix Workspace app at this time)
- To access the Happe-Desktop, open Safari and proceed to Happe-MDs.com
- Scroll down to the login fields
- Enter your Happe ID, Password and Authentication code
- When prompted to download “launch.ica”, click download
- Click the download icon located next to the address bar (Circle with a down arrow)
- Click on the launch file listed at the top
